AT HOME LIVE Livestreaming Class brings together the best elements of body-weight based exercise while respecting the goals and principles that underpin our group classes. Our philosophy encourages a balanced whole body approach to exercise. Classes are designed to be scaled up or down based upon both ability level and current conditioning.

– Are designed for all fitness levels;
– Can be done where ever you have internet connection;
– Allow you the opportunity to disconnect from your work, and connect with your body;
– These classes reflect the goals and mission of our whole body approach to exercise and fitness.
AT HOME LIVE – CONDITIONING
For those who wish to extend their exercise experience we also have our POSTURE CIRCUIT LVL 1 classes that are a slight step up from the AT HOME LIVE classes and are designed to increase resilience and overall intensity.
As the name suggests emphasis is placed in designing a program that reflects our underlying message for improving posture to increase performance and enhance overall wellbeing.

Decide weather you wish to Pay Per Class, or a UNLIMITED Class Pass.
*** UNLIMITED Class Pass will also receive a weekly ‘check in’ to see how you are progressing or to answer any questions.
FOR UNLIMITED CLASSES
- Select “Live Streaming UNLIMITED Class Pass $29.00”
- Select either “View Cart (A$29)” or “Add to cart”
- Fill in your name, email, and contact number.
- Press “Pay Now and Complete Order”
- Put in your Credit Card details and proceed to “Pay & Finish”
- Once you’ve signed up and paid, all you have to do is register as per a single class.
*** Once you schedule your class make sure to press REDEEM PACKAGE
FOR A SINGLE CLASS
- Choose AT HOME LIVE
- Select the class you wish attend
- Press CONTINUE or “Add a time” if you want to schedule several classes at once
- Add your information, then proceed to payment
- Put in your payment details, and press PAY & CONFIRM
- Once confirmed and paid for you will receive a link to the class and a Meeting ID.
- Enter the Meeting ID and log in
- I’ll see you there!

This session is conducted via Zoom so that we can share screens to provide the best help possible.
